To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經理發短信問有無空食晏晝,馬上告知有呀,問佢好吾好喺尖沙咀食,即刻從記憶掃到帝苑酒店東來顺,它是我喜愛食肆之一,因為食物質素有保證和一定有位,每次來一定會叫素菜包食,佢嗰個包嘅麵包皮好軟棉棉,擔擔麵花生酱撈得好好味,但係個魚雲就差啲,斬得太碎,揾吾到個魚雲去了哪里,和太重味。今次只有春卷,小籠包,素菜包和擔擔麵合格,另外嗰兩款就差了少少。
