To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無論餐牌、宣傳海報等，都有貓貓的蹤影，這兩隻定是鎮店之寶吧。可能晚餐時分，兩只可愛小主角暫不在店，無緣見牠們一面呢。芫茜滑蛋治身為芫茜愛好者要一試，吐司塗上一層牛油，烤得脆脆，夾著飽滿的餡料。厚厚的蛋帶濃郁芫茜香。雞蛋滑溜，芫茜切得碎碎的，令其味道更為突出。雖然餐牌有很多小炒、粉麵飯的選擇，但還是簡單點一份常餐已經夠了。叉燒米線滾熱的湯，即點即製作。叉燒偏瘦，是我喜歡的肉質。另外還有多士配雙蛋，份量剛好。
