又係豬豬時間!之前已試過兩間分店,今次黎埋沙田呢間分店試試~~~嘩勁多人! 之前都講過,叫得做豬豬餐廳,The salted pig係招牌菜式而出名,餐廳會選用豬嘅最好部位 確保用優質同埋新鮮嘅食材製作食物~~小食豬肋骨脆粒配波本酒楓糖醬用左豬肋骨切成粒狀再炸,即點即炸,熱辣辣,脆卜卜,調味得宜,骨香肉酥,加埋佢哋嘅波本酒楓糖醬,完美中豬肋骨中嘅油膩感,係款絕佳嘅酒吧小食~~前菜:墨西哥芝士新豬肉薄脆呢款係素食嚟架,新豬肉係未來肉嘅一種,而呢個NACHOS入面仲有蕃茄莎莎,牛油果醬,欖欖,純素車打芝士,咁多款加埋一齊口感味道都好豐富。嚟到主菜啦!慢煮脆皮豬腩係一大舊嘅脆皮豬腩肉,見到豬皮烤到脆脆切開時有清脆嘅聲音,而皮下嘅肉仍然嫩滑多汁,油脂滿溢,食落雖然會有啲似廣東燒腩仔,但係呢個肉質比較嫩滑,再蘸埋香辣醋汁就更加惹味可口。最尾就梗係試埋甜品啦~瘋狂!香蕉雪糕新地呢杯新地好大杯,兩個人一齊食就啱啱好,入面有蛋香滿滿嘅窩夫,軟綿綿嘅綿花糖,香脆口感嘅朱古力豆,當然唔少得嘅係有香蕉同雪糕啦!最後要介紹埋兩杯mocktail: Tango(右):甜蜜探戈柚子茶,西柚紅莓菠蘿汁,士多啤梨,梳

Tango(右):甜蜜探戈柚子茶,西柚紅莓菠蘿汁,士多啤梨,梳打。呢款果味濃郁,喺呢個夏天將至嘅時候飲就最啱。

Mango mule(左):芒果青瓜特飲再加埋蜜糖柚子,薑汁汽水,喺香甜嘅果汁汽水中帶有青瓜清新嘅味道,好啱食左啲油膩野飲。
