To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講起元朗嘅車仔麵,大部份人都會諗起永年同埋許祥昌兩間車仔麵檔,許長槍嘅價錢比較實惠不過味道就唔及永年,但係都會有人覺得永年無特別,甚至係味精重。其實自從永年裝修咗之後,我覺得食物嘅質素同埋食肆嘅環境都有所提升,而且食物種類同飲品種類都多咗好多,以前只會得罐裝樽裝紙包嘢飲,而家多咗啲港式飲品同埋特色嘢飲,比客人多個選擇。食物方面,我覺得永年必食嘅一定係佢哋自家醃制嘅食物,例如豬腸同蘿蔔,如果係要食嗰啲冰鮮嘢食例如丸類或者腸仔,根本就唔需要俾貴啲嘅價錢去幫襯永年
