開鰂魚涌可以試吓呢間魚湯專門店,最吸引人去嘅係$100到就有鮑魚、花膠、魚肚,聽落都好富貴。去之前都覺得呢個組合好似怪怪地,海味加烏冬...不過去到原來有湯飯揀,咁就叫左個鮑魚花膠魚湯飯,再加個吉列豬扒魚湯烏冬。個湯飯佢會有個火爐熱住,要等大約5分鐘就夠熱可以食。個火大約10分鐘到就會熄,本身我諗住keep住熱好d 叫佢幫我加火啦,點知就好似煲到太少湯喇,所以可不跟番佢本身個份量,唔洗加火。 個湯飯好入味,所有魚湯都入晒落d飯粒到,好香好好味。一煲入面已經有2隻鮑魚仔同3-4件花膠,都算幾足料。$116有咁名貴gei食材都真係幾抵食。另外個吉列豬扒烏冬相比之下就失色少少喇。因為個烏冬吸唔到魚湯,就冇咁濃味,淡左少少。不過我諗係因為我食完個湯飯先會咁覺得。

另外個吉列豬扒烏冬相比之下就失色少少喇。因為個烏冬吸唔到魚湯,就冇咁濃味,淡左少少。不過我諗係因為我食完個湯飯先會咁覺得。
