To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天和幾位朋友來到位於香港國際金融中心3樓 飲茶。它以巧手的點心、中菜而成為城中首屈一指的食府。加上地理優勢,所以特別多高官、貴人在這裡開餐。店內非常寛倘,樓底相當高配上超大水晶吊燈,典雅中滲出貴氣。每個服務員也穿上整整齊齊的制服,相信對員工也有一定的要求,每位服務員也醒醒目目,反應也相當好 豉汁日本南瓜蒸肉排 $60肉排相當較腍,以南瓜墊底吸收肉香,但略嫌油份太多。 鮮蝦豆苗餃 $60做到皮薄吹彈得破是我對它的基本要求,豆苗餃皮很有彈性,錎料十足。 芥末子母蝦餃 $35/只最有特色的一款點心,以一位用,子母蝦餃意思就是一大一小,再以微微辛辣的芥末提味,單調的蝦餃頓時多幾分趣。 話梅肘子 $138燻蹄以話梅煮成酸汁,除了酸酸味味可以令胃口大開之外, 更可以令肉質更爽口。 西班牙黑豚叉燒皇 $390半乳瘦叉燒又香又腍而且充分肉汁,甜香蜜汁將叉燒包圍, 好出色! 奶皇白兔仔 $60好可愛,但奶皇非我杯茶。
