To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

間中都會想食自助餐，今晚揀左the place，貪佢位置方便餐廳好大，好多座位，環境舒適寧靜食物方面應有盡有，海鮮冷盤有蟹有蠔有蝦，長腳蟹好鮮味，蠔係即開，不過我唔食所以唔知好唔好食熱盤最吸引係焗龍蝦同鵝肝，焗龍蝦唔算好大隻，但芝士同龍蝦味好夾，食左幾轉。鵝肝即煎即食，大大件好邪惡！另外值得一贊係甜品，蛋糕好多款，賣相好靚，由其是八爪魚蛋糕，影左好多相呃likeopenrice即日訂位有七折，510蚊左右一位，今時今日食自助晚餐算唔貴

熱盤最吸引係焗龍蝦同鵝肝，焗龍蝦唔算好大隻，但芝士同龍蝦味好夾，食左幾轉。鵝肝即煎即食，大大件好邪惡！
