每次嚟南丫島,一定要到訪呢間Cake Shop,回想第一次嚟,已經係14年前,每次都見證住小店嘅小變化,感覺好窩心🥰記得我第一次嚟嘅時候,佢主要都係賣cakes為主,不過依家已經多咗好多唔同嘅選擇,有雪糕、有曲奇、仲有其他特飲。Follow小店仲有小禮物送「豆腐芝士蛋糕」仍然係佢嘅鎮店之寶仲有自家製嘅曲奇🍪每次嚟到,我都會叫我最鍾情嘅豆腐芝士餅,有啲人會expect芝士餅就要好似New York cheesecake咁有濃厚嘅味道,所以會覺得佢好淡冇乜味,但其實呢個餅係要你去細味豆腐嘅豆香,再配一杯花茶,慢活一下,就可以在這小島上享受洗滌心靈嘅感覺☺️當然,好多朋友仍然會最鍾情於New York cheesecake嗰種厚實香濃嘅味道,包括我隔離嗰位,老公就對呢個芝士餅讚不絕口啦,佢覺得New York cheesecake 唔需要加其他材料,先欣賞到最原始嘅味道。 小朋友話要食雪糕,所以叫咗呢個Crème Brûlée 配雪糕,法式焦糖燉蛋充滿濃濃嘅雲呢拿味和蛋香,面層係剛剛燒嘅脆脆焦糖,燉蛋內仲見到有一粒粒嘅雲呢拿籽,所以咁香滑。夏日炎炎,最好飲番杯冰凍沙冰,呢杯蜜桃沙冰好香桃味,飲
