鴻陞泰國菜—由泰國人主理的鴻陞泰國菜位於泰式菜館林立的九龍城城南道,雖然有兩間相連的舖位,晚市繁忙時間很多時都會座無虛席。一碟六隻的生蝦刺身,以冰粒墊底,肉爽味鮮,蝦肉非常厚身;豬肉生菜包水準中上,味道合胃口;泰式炒金邊粉可惜味道不夠酸,但慶幸金邊粉不會黏作一團;最後的泰式鹽燒鯽魚可謂全晚的最大亮點:不單止肉質滑溜,而且肉汁豐腴,魚肚內的香料如香茅和檸檬葉等都為這燒魚提供了很到位的調味。消費非常大眾化:這餐全單合共HKD $316
