已經唔記得幾耐無食過正宗打冷,元朗嚟講選擇唔算太多,一般都會揀老店,貪其食開穩穩陣陣。呢間坐落“雞地“既小店,對我嚟講算新店,想試好耐一直未有機會,今日機會嚟喇,朋友叫到話想打冷,加上無敵天氣坐室外食一流。

一間打冷店既滷水雜錦唔得,係執得。但呢間既滷水雜錦,係值得推介的!只係120蚊,份量大,而且乜都齊,落手唔姑寒,味道啱啱好,送酒送飯空口食佳宜

好老土都要講句:係以前既味道! 真架,以前食到好食既炸蠔餅,就係有呢陣味!而且呢份餅,做到蠔肥、料多、酥脆、香口,無多餘既油份,放入口一刻真有幾分感動🥹
料多過米,蠔仔隻隻又肥又新鮮,完全無砂石無腥味,湯水有齊肉碎、蔥花、香芹、冬菜,混合出呢種傳統原型既美味!
已經好耐無遇過會用炸雞腳做呢味菜,花生煮得入味而保持咬口
以後此店將會係本人元朗打冷首選,已經諗好再嚟要試乜:椒鹽九肚魚、涼拌魚皮、涼瓜黃豆排骨湯、春菜腩肉……哎呀,成個menu都想試晒咁滯,即係又要試多幾次😂 仲要朋友請食飯,理應點都抵咗,點知一問埋單價錢,3個人先食咗3百幾,嘩,初時仲以為計錯價錢🤑 好,下次醒目喇,約咗幾點食,就早30分鐘拎飛排隊!😄
