如果對烏冬有要求,質地係煙靭,係好既。被安排坐bar枱,原來係先比錢落單才安排入坐。不過咁樣我就有機會見到‘廚師們’點樣準備每碗烏東,我反而覺得好求其,第一位‘廚師’將所謂既鰹魚湯底和烏冬放入碗,第二位好似中三年紀既‘廚師’是是旦旦咁放d味噌(我估)落果碗,再加埋應該唔係日本既蔥🥲 = $46。星期六冇套餐,加過洋蔥牛肉=$44,係‘吉野家’味道。三文魚子烏冬=$78,份量夠飽,貪心叫多過燒鯖魚,正常中規中矩。見到隔離食天婦羅,都想試下,但要帶返口罩,去隔離鋪俾錢先,呢個operation真係唔鼓勵客人中間想加餸食多啲!
