冇諗過第一次寫食評就出師不利,編輯話食評只准講D嘢好唔好食,而唔係講服務質素,所以未獲審批。我覺得呢間嘢都算係用服務質素影響我嘅味覺。好啦,內容就唔改,不過篇嘢唔係食評,今次得啦啩!
本人係現崇山居民,間嘢啱啱開業嘅時候食過兩次,然後就將佢放係永不錄用名單。因為侍應騎呢,嘢又難食。不過今日阿媽同細佬話畀多次機會佢,點知成個過程我竟然好失禮咁扯咗兩次火,而家仲寫埋人生第一篇食評。
係咁嘅,個女侍應啱啱上工,我哋問佢餐牌上嘅澳門X山(我唔記得X係咩字)即係咩嘢汁,佢以為我哋要落單,搞到我哋要解釋:「只係想知澳門X山即係乜嘢?」佢即刻去廚房問,我聽到廚房答佢:「吉列豬扒飯或者意粉」,佢真係就咁覆述番畀我聽,我火都嚟埋,提高聲調:「我係問……」阿媽即刻勸我唔好再問,我先至壓低聲線:「澳門X山即係咩呀?」
落完單,老闆娘問佢我哋食咩,我哋估佢可能淨係聽完之後就咁講俾廚房聽,冇寫低。然後佢又逐樣問番我哋嗌咗乜。
餐湯,凍嘅。跟住我個焗肉醬意粉嚟到,一睇,我又激氣,但唔敢大聲:「我講咗幾多次,肉醬意粉要走芝士呀?」(我同媽真係講咗幾次)細佬即刻制止我:「你唔驚佢哋加料咩?」侍應收番,廚房即刻塞咗個冇芝士喺面嘅意粉畀佢。個意粉好明顯冇焗過,暖暖地,都唔熱,今次唔敢再出聲。
公平D講,食物真係進步咗,起碼冇咁難食。不過好替老闆擔心,咁做生意點得呢?
我會收斂吓D脾氣㗎!
