To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘海濱情調餐廳

平時散步經過依間餐廳己經好想試，因為覺得餐廳室內好有情調而室外就好寫意。今日約咗個係觀塘碼頭附近返工嘅朋友食晚飯，一於試下依間餐廳。餐廳室內及室外嘅座位都好有空間感，而室內樓底高所以就算full house都唔會覺得嘈，非常適合飲嘢傾計。三黃雞份量多，半隻三黃雞非常肥美，外皮煎得香脆，雞肉嫩滑，印度米煙韌除了油香味十足，蒜、香草及野菌味十足，整體非常惹味。西班牙黑豬梅頭肉質鬆軟內裡juice，配上酸酸甜甜蘋果蓉，非常醒胃。新鮮薄荷滿滿一杯，薄荷味十足加上青檸，非常清新。新鮮熱情果加上新鮮青檸，酸甜度適中。
