整份定食本身跟飯,+$10轉烏冬,有溫泉蛋,少許沙律,跟飲品或加錢配小食。
牛板腱薄切,份量足,因為連住筋位有趙口之餘又唔會韌,燒到有少許窿邊,少少焦香,掛上醬汁啱啱好。




健康減肥人士之選,慢煮雞胸一啲脂肪都冇,好嫩滑,蛋白質豐富,清清地,烏冬彈牙爽口。



跟餐小食
新鮮即燒,上枱熱辣辣,味道可以,但係略嫌雞翼size比較細隻。

呢個份量比較多,雖然三文魚骨,但係都有啖啖肉,燒起嚟唔會太鹹,我值得推介。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
