喺西環想食海鮮,總係第一時間諗起西環碼頭,突然興起當然又要嚟食下啦 首先緊係整返個辣酒煮螺啦~哈哈~男朋友太懶!差不多成碟我食哂,夠哂辣又惹味 跟住叫咗黑松露醬窩塔豆腐,豆腐應該走過下油,知皮幾香,然後入面超級滑滑,仲有d 個汁撈埋d 菇好正好好食 石窩胡椒蝦D胡椒好入味,侍應話因為d 蝦係生推嘅,我諗就係生蝦係胡椒堆裡推到熟嘅意思啦,不我鍾意食辣,如果下次再辣d就更正=D 建議要襯佢熱辣辣時先食哂呢碟 古法燜魚因為想試下新野,唔好成日都炒蜆同聖子,所以叫侍應介紹下,咁就試咗呢個啦,係腐皮同肉絲加埋佢特別的汁炆嘅,上嘅時候會用火一直熱住食,魚係東昇斑,都幾大條,炆得啱啱好,肉好滑 👍🏻👍🏻
