To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次路過周記, 都會見到－條長長嘅人龍, 好似從來都唔會減少咁。無論係本地居民, 定外地遊客, 都對呢間中式飲茶小店, 給予好評。今次同屋企人－齊飲早茶, 嗌咗6樣野, total先至$140咋。我地嗌左:點心雙拼餐($40) - 鮮竹卷、鳳爪同飲品馬拉糕餐($22) - 馬拉糕同飲品四寶滑雞扎($26)鴛鴦燒賣($26) - 兩粒黑松露味、兩粒蟹子味芝士蝦長春捲($26)喺香港飲茶, 整體嘅味道都比較standard, 點心嘅味道我就唔做個別介紹啦, 但係要特別推介兩道相對出色嘅點心 - 雞扎同鮮竹卷。周記嘅滑雞做得非常出眾, 不僅保留左佢嫩滑嘅口感, 更加將肉汁鎖住, 食落啖啖鮮味。至於鮮竹卷亦非常入味, 值得—試。

喺香港飲茶, 整體嘅味道都比較standard, 點心嘅味道我就唔做個別介紹啦, 但係要特別推介兩道相對出色嘅點心 - 雞扎同鮮竹卷。


周記嘅滑雞做得非常出眾, 不僅保留左佢嫩滑嘅口感, 更加將肉汁鎖住, 食落啖啖鮮味。至於鮮竹卷亦非常入味, 值得—試。
