To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我於23/8(一)中午十二時左右到達餐廳,內裡已有三四枱食客,有廚師仲坐埋出去吹水🤣我坐下後,待應係收銀處問我要什麼,我要大聲應返佢,其實有其他食客在場,我也有一點尷尷尬尬。我仲要問湯是什麼,而不是她主動告訴我。之後她叫我要出去比錢,但她沒有錢找,同我講轉頭先找比我,感覺不太好🙃我沒有叫三餸飯,而是叫了一個餐:花椰菜米配菠菜嫩素雞絲,配紅菜頭湯,共$89。當天沒有菠菜,故轉為沙律菜。廚師在廚房內大聲問我吃不吃紫蘇葉,洋蔥🧅花椰菜米配菠菜嫩雞絲:挺好吃,但有一點胡椒味。紅菜頭湯:沒有甜味,湯也不紅,與外面的紅菜頭湯不太相同。
