做冬必須吃中菜,今次選擇咗尖沙咀的莆田,適逢海蠣節,熱愛吃蠔的我開心到不得了。興化米粉米粉是幼身的,炒得毫不油膩,用了十足,有花生、蝦、蔬菜等,清爽可口。酥炸椒鹽海蠣炸得金黃酥脆,薄薄的炸粉奔上椒鹽味,粒粒香口惹味,滋味十足!百秒黃花魚黃花魚鮮甜無比,非常嫩滑,出色。酥炒芋心分量超多,芋頭被糖包裹,表面香甜脆口,配上香蔥洋蔥,口味獨特。福建特色海蠣煎有點像蠔餅,海蠣加上雞蛋煎成金黃色套,用料十足,滿滿都是海蠣。
