To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約咗朋友觀塘食晏，行過觀塘道見到呢間龍點心好似好吸引我地決定入去試下😋呢間茶室環境都幾舒適，有傳統嘅點心之餘仲有好多原創點心，我哋叫咗個人氣點心拼盤一龍大滿足😍，鳳爪拼黑椒金錢肚，筍尖蝦餃皇，黃椒醬排骨，同一口豆腐。一龍大滿足：每樣點心都想試想食，呢個大滿足啱曬我，點心拼盤好靚好精緻，一龍有六件唔同嘅點心，有酸菜魚鳳眼餃，蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃，筍尖蝦餃皇，鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣，松露野菌晶瑩鉸，豌豆桃子，每款都各有特色，好味👍黃椒醬排骨：特製醬汁幾特別，帶有少少麻辣好惹味👍一口豆腐：呢款大推👍 ，外皮薄又鬆脆內裏包住嫩滑啲豆腐，好味😍，怪唔知得其他食客差唔多每張枱都有叫一口豆腐😂
