To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路經西環想飲茶，揾到呢間周記有點心食既茶餐廳，見到有咁多好評就試下啦！點左名物奶皇流沙西多士，蝦多士，蝦餃同xo醬炒腸粉，本來想試埋燒賣，但見佢既點評麻麻，都係留返d quota。 蝦多士真係有驚喜，雖然唔係熱辣到岩岩整起，但蝦滑份量十足又彈牙，芝麻勁香，麵包又脆，夾埋好啱我口味！相信如新鮮熱辣應該更好味！奶皇流沙西多個函多得滯，西多浸泡在奶皇流沙中，d 流沙食唔哂，少1/3 都夠食！蝦餃同腸粉都係合格但普通無咩特別。餐廳係茶餐廳格局，櫈係無靠背唔會坐得耐。而且每人必須點一份食物，想飲杯茶都要收$3/位茶錢，感覺好似去左遊客區。
