To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚想食個快飯就嚟大家樂啦，依家八點幾嘅人流已經好似以前九點幾十點咁樣，人少咗好多，不過可能因為餐廳設座位限制。叫咗個烤雞二人餐，有原隻蜜糖烤雞、肉醬意粉、兩支粟米和兩杯紅豆冰。明明堂食，佢又出錯咗外賣包裝，激死我，想環保啲都唔得。佢隻烤雞係值得一讚嘅，熱辣辣好Juicy，外脆內軟，仲俾埋手套你方便食。個意粉就一般啦，不要期望太大。至於支粟米，就永遠都咁難食，唔知點解完全冇粟米味，呢個已經唔係今日嘅問題。不過紅豆冰都係吸引我嘅，超多豆，加埋椰汁好味呀！不過大家真係要小心啲餐具，今日見到啲餐具好污糟呀。

佢隻烤雞係值得一讚嘅，熱辣辣好Juicy，外脆內軟，仲俾埋手套你方便食。
