To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早排約左同事收工一齊食飯,又興起走到去大坑浣沙街搵野食。行到街尾見到呢間主打肉骨茶嘅餐廳就心郁郁想試﹗內裹環境都幾闊落,而且隔晒板,衛生唔錯。招牌肉骨茶 - 細 ($130)呢個肉骨茶一上枱就聞到好香﹗而且幾細心用火在煲底一直加熱,唔會攤到凍晒,幾好。味道方面,肉骨茶有好濃藥膳味,不過餸同湯嘅份量略嫌較少。檳城炒貴刁 ($83)呢個炒貴刁就沒咩特別,沒咩配料而且有啲鹹,一般。巴東羊肉 ($119)呢個巴東羊肉個味有啲似沙嗲牛肉,而且又是好鹹,頂唔順要叫多個薄餅黎送。原味油酥餅 ($53)最好食除左肉骨茶就是呢個油酥餅,正常油酥餅啦,都是唔太特別。
