咁就不如順便介紹埋佢哋嘅麵包籃,位置就擺晌近咖啡機嗰邊,算喺食物區近尾嘅位置。麵包籃內有4款歐陸式麵包,即喺較有麥香,但質感會硬身少少,此外,上層櫃枱仲有啲麵包條同細細個嘅軟包,旁邊更有自動烘焙機,咁就可以食到熱辣辣嘅麵包啦。

跟燒味檔一樣,本地人經常食魚蛋炒、車仔麵,就會覺得啲粉麵唔特別,但對外國客而言就完全變成另一回事。故此,目測所見,點粉麵嘅都喺外藉客居多,再者,個麵檔又設計得幾有地道風情。3款粉麵、12款配料可以自由配搭,但最特色喺3種湯底:越南牛肉湯、新加坡蝦湯、馬來西亞喇沙湯,以及8種調味用嘅配料,做到一絲不茍。其實都想試,不過,之前幾道菜食得過飽,又想留肚食甜品,故此,放棄心愛嘅喇沙湯麵。

識我嘅朋友都知小弟都算喺甜品癮大,所以,先嚟一大碟甜品拼盤,隨心揀咗7款甜點,今次就唔逐樣評,但整體質素唔差喎,尤其件芒果忌廉蛋糕,芒果超清甜,芒果味濃,忌廉蛋糕柔滑軟綿;馬卡龍做得極有水準,有脆而煙韌嘅口感,滲出清幽綠茶味;朱古力冬甩無死甜,個甜甜圈煙韌有咬口。

壓軸就梗喺啲好嘢啦,簡直就好似成間Movenpick雪糕嘅Pop –Up店開咗晌度咁,唔止前後都打咗大大隻Movenpick字樣,雪糕櫃上嘅口味名牌,數一數,足足有17款之多,再望望雪糕櫃內數一數,堅有17款口味
(其中士多啤梨口味喺重複咗)。小弟未食勻全港嘅自助餐,但食自助餐嘅經驗唔少,有得10款知名品牌嘅雪糕已經唔多,但有成17款口味嘅真喺第一次見。

我諗睇完以上甜品一環嘅分享,已經流晒口水,點知甜品環節嘅介紹仲未完,每晚不時有啲「期間限定」嘅特色甜點供應,一聽到侍應敲鐘,就知有好嘢出現。是夜就有懷舊嘅火焰雪山。大大個嘅「雪山」由廚房推出,淋上冧酒再點火,微微火光,再散發少少酒香,吸引唔少人出嚟圍觀。

整體而言,食物嘅選擇唔少,而由於客源關係,加入唔少本土特色食物。當然,甜品一環就非常突出,除款式多,又有啲限定甜品,所提供嘅Movenpick雪糕真喺無可挑剔
。加上地方夠大,服務又唔錯,仲可以趁機去埋東薈城行吓Outlet嘛。依家閒日星期一至五,自助晚餐做緊$468 + 10%(成人計),星期六、日及公眾假期就$498 + 10%(成人計),不過,用HSBC就有65折,折咗三百幾,絕對食得過
