Director由地球嘅另一面飛嚟,身為香港office嘅一份子,梗係要盡下地主之誼出面有大量醬料,我就偏愛泰式辣汁,點蝦一流貴花蚌有粉絲同金銀蒜一齊蒸,鮮味提升海鮮配料夠大隻又新鮮,所以用清蒸嘅方法係最好蠔好大隻,一啖咬唔曬,多汁鮑魚大隻而爽口,估唔到director未食過鮑魚😂😂😂食後大讚特別呢個蟲草花蒸雞,雞蒸得夠香滑,大讚呢個籠仔蝦蒸糯米飯,糯米吸收曬蝦嘅鮮味,食過一碗又一碗蒸娃娃菜,我哋食爽嘅,加埋金蒜,勁香粥底反而相對失色,因為味道太複雜
