To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無飲茶, 今次大食妹又約左附近嘅朋友食周記點心已經有好幾個月無食呢間餐廳, 感覺味道有少少改善<鴛鴦燒賣>鴛鴦燒賣有黑松露同蟹籽口味, topping唔算好多, 但燒賣彈牙唔油膩<什醬蒸鳳爪>什醬蒸鳳爪夠辣夠入味, 最重要係夠軟爛<春風得意腸>春風得意腸腸粉皮好薄, 可惜春卷部分有啲凍同軟, 比較扣分<XO醬炒蘿蔔糕>XO醬炒蘿蔔糕唔夠鑊氣, 調味有啲奇怪, XO醬嘅味道唔突出, 反而食到酸酸嘅醋味<凍咖啡>凍咖啡有少少淡, 甜度偏高
