一踏入「蟹仙」就已經聞到陣陣海洋嘅鮮味,成個人都即刻期待起上嚟!今次試咗佢哋嘅招牌海鮮蒸鍋,由店員幫手計時蒸煮,每樣海鮮都係啱啱熟嘅黃金時刻,鮮味完全鎖住,真係將「原汁原味」發揮到極致!

第一輪嘅「日本元貝」一開蓋就已經驚艷全場!貝肉厚身得嚟非常飽滿,蒸完之後個汁精華全部留咗係殼底,飲一啖鮮甜到不得了!元貝肉質爽彈,點少少自家製蒜蓉醬油,鮮味更加突出,真係食到唔停得口!

跟住登場嘅「澳洲龍蝦」絕對係全晚高潮!開邊龍蝦鋪滿咗金銀蒜,蒸熟後蒜香同龍蝦鮮味完美融合。龍蝦肉結實彈牙,一啖咬落去,鮮甜嘅肉汁係口腔入面爆發,加上邪惡嘅蝦膏濃香,個種滿足感真係難以形容!

最後嘅「奄仔蟹」雖然細細隻,但蟹膏甘香豐腴,蟹肉鮮甜到一個點!蒸嘅時間掌握得啱啱好,蟹肉一梳梳咁容易拆,蘸少少浙醋已經係極品享受。食到底層個粥底,吸收晒所有海鮮精華,每一啖都係濃縮咗嘅海洋風味!
