第一次去將軍澳廣場食荳子冰室,叫咗個菜心牛肉炒河同埋熱茶走。

食物質素真係好普通,炒河只係微暖,完全冇鑊氣,牛肉同汁淋上河粉,感覺好似冇炒過咁。河粉應該係要炒到有啲焦香同埋鑊氣先好食,但係呢度嘅炒河完全冇呢種感覺。

最失望嘅係杯熱奶茶,茶底淡茂茂,冇層次,好似用普通茶葉浸出嚟嘅有色水咁,但係呢度嘅奶茶完全唔達標。

荳子冰室真係要注重下食物出品,香港茶餐廳文化俾你哋嘅食物質素嚴重拉低晒!希望餐廳經理管理層雖然要控制成本,但係都要自己試吓啲出品質素
