To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚又遲了下班,在旺角找吃的就最方便。去到煙廠街見到大大個招牌寫住火水爐,知道屯門都有一間分店,旺角呢間就未試過,一於來個花膠海鮮火鍋任食兩小時!每位$258加一服務費,這裡的好處是開到凌晨2時。門面懷舊裝修,模仿80年代戲院,要上一層樓梯才到餐廳,沿路都貼了懷舊電影照,但細心看其實是火水爐自家設計的poster呢!很有玩味!一就坐便送上調味配料,全部少份量放在碗裏,以確保調味料的新鮮度。還有餐前小食是炸魚肉燒賣和魚蛋, 知道打邊爐要等待水滾,這個時候有小食就不用飢腸轆轆,流口水的樣子,十分貼心。我們選了雞湯,不吃雞煲,天氣熱,覺得有湯的比較滋潤,而且是花膠雞湯啊。花膠有兩大片,滑嘟嘟,而且吸收了湯味很香甜,雞肉雖然在湯裏煮,但仍然很嫩滑。食完雞,可以加湯打邊爐。套餐的海鮮拼盤已準備,四隻蝦又大隻又新鮮,吃下爽口又鮮甜。 還有很多蜆,加在雞湯裏煮,甜上加甜,全部都開口沒有沙的。 脆肉鯇,大片又爽口,魚肉香味極濃。 最鍾意廣島蠔,鮮甜又有海水味,輕輕灼熟,裏面仍然很creamy。 墨魚滑,裏面有墨魚粒粒,口感煙韌。肉類方面,可以任吃的有美國安格斯牛,美國珍寶肥牛,和黑毛豬肉片。最喜歡美國

最喜歡美國安格斯牛,牛肉的紋理細緻又均勻,肉質又嫩又香,牛肉味香濃。珍寶肥牛口感較滑,黑毛豬肉片就很爽口,全都很新鮮,肉類質素都不錯呢!

我喜歡吃蔬菜, 這裏的菇類選擇很多,而菇類特別吸收湯味,經過海鮮煮完一輪,花膠雞湯更加甜,煮菇類味道更佳!

特別推介黑色的墨汁墨魚丸,非常香,比手打墨魚滑有更加香濃的墨魚味,而且口感更爽,最喜歡裏面的文魚粒粒,煙韌有口感。
我非常喜歡吃芋絲,芋絲本身只是爽口,沒有味道,但打邊爐吃就一流!因為打邊爐講究湯底,這個花膠雞湯底真的非常鮮甜,所以芋絲煮完,就算不加調味料也非常好吃。

最驚喜的是這裏有甜品送,第一次吃打邊爐會有甜品。而這個甜品非常特別,是菠蘿蜜桃涼粉冰加花奶,上面還灑了糖浸紅豆蓉, 超級消暑,而且味道是有奶香之餘,又有清甜味道,非常推介,值得一試。可惜沒有單點甜品,如果可以分量再多些就好了。

吃了兩小時,真的很滿足,而且食物味道不錯,甜品是這裡的最後殺著,令我十分回味呢!
