To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前做小朋友嘅時候入主題樂園最怕喺園區内食野，因為一般價錢都實在太貴喇，成日都捱餓出返市區先食野。夏日炎炎，比太陽曬到脫哂水，要補充返啲能量同水份先可以繼續行程💦 咁啱喺企鵝館睇完可愛嘅南極小動物後，見到有間有冷氣嘅餐廳就毫不猶豫同朋友一齊入去食野同抖下😇 好幸運地排左15分鐘就入到去，侍應帶我地去一個位置係同企鵝🐧距離好近 😱 本身諗住係充飢，冇諗過會見到企鵝😱 🍣 香煎三文魚配檸檬牛油汁 $248🍛 吉列豬扒飯配鮮茄汁 $228食物方面，係以份量取勝，可以見到份吉列豬扒完美地蓋過成一大碗飯，味道就唔會話去到返尋味嘅程度，but when you could dine with penguins, what more could you ask for? 🥲環境 score 11 out of 10 🐧💞
