To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行完旺角金魚街，又未到晚飯時間，但係又有少少肚餓喎！一於入去金華冰廳嘆返杯熱奶茶和菠蘿包，今次仲試咗佢哋嘅鹹牛肉三文治。好多人都會鍾意金華冰廳嘅菠蘿包，因為真係好好食，新鮮出爐熱辣辣仲要皮脆內香，熱奶茶都唔錯，茶未夠濃！茶味和奶未融合得好好，反而佢哋嘅鹹牛肉三文治就冇乜特別，三文治入面嘅餡唔係太多，可能本身又唔記得叫麵包烘底，食落就唔係太香。佢哋唔止菠蘿包，仲有各式各樣嘅麵包都唔錯㗎，之前都有試過佢哋嘅蛋撻和墨西哥包，熱辣辣好好味。推介大家可以嚟試下呢度嘅菠蘿包，或者菠蘿油都係必食之選！
