年紀越大,就越鐘意食中菜,喜歡中菜比較多手工同技巧,就算係家常便飯,如果技巧足夠,都一樣可以巧奪天工。大四囍位於跑馬地,呢帶民居為主,無咁多人係條街我覺得會舒服d。鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉($168)用上新鮮菠蘿,菠蘿輕輕燒過果甜出曬黎,咕嚕肉外層夠脆,份量好大碟,用黎送飯食一流。菜脯肉鬆煎蛋($168)呢道菜唔好睇佢普普通通,係我食過最好味嘅菜脯煎蛋,菜脯相信浸過水,令佢無咁鹹,整體味道剛剛好。羊肚菌燒豆腐($168)清清地嘅一道菜,加咗蝦籽,提升整碟菜嘅鮮味,下面放有西蘭花墊底。最後食埋薑汁湯圓,十分滿足
