To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都有留意開九龍城既好野食,今次咁岩唔算好多人,就黎左呢份試下呢間成日排長龍既cafe佢個腐乳忌廉意粉,聽落好似唔夾,但佢個腐乳係唔濃郁,淡淡既腐乳味加埋忌廉反而係岩岩好!第2樣最鐘意既係佢杯班蘭椰啡,好少係出面飲到杯班蘭味既咖啡!仲要有個椰子味係雪糕係頂😋

佢個腐乳忌廉意粉,聽落好似唔夾,但佢個腐乳係唔濃郁,淡淡既腐乳味加埋忌廉反而係岩岩好!
