肉質好味,3款牛都試咗,覺得特選牛肩胛最好味肥度適中不會太膩
餐廳打著關西旗號,以為可以食正宗關西風,放牛油煎香牛肉再落醬汁,點知職員不斷強硬不建議咁做,反而要我先落汁然後再放牛肉
咁樣的話已經唔係關西風,令我非常失望
如果餐廳唔係行關西風格何解要叫壽喜燒關西?十分奇怪,而且職員嘅反應都令十分R頭
