燒羊架:有羊味亦唔羶,上枱前再加孜然粉在面,加添多點味道,更加滋味呀!燒日本蠔:本餐最出色菜式,價錢不貴,蠔脹卜卜,連殼裏的湯汁也非常鮮甜!極品啦!魚鲛:肉厚,若加多少少鹽均勻地燒定必加分。一條大粟米:切件上枱,食得方便又可慢慢品嚐。燒魷魚筒:非常大隻,味道不太特別,不夠香口。蒜香鮑魚同角煮鮑魚,沒有蓋過鮑魚嘅鮮味。燒大蝦不得不試,蝦頭有羔,蝦身厚肉,新鮮!味淋魚乾:與其地餐廳的沒太大分別,我是必點的。最後上的甲羅燒,是最敗筆!太咸,蟹肉和蟹羔的味掩蓋哂,賣相也差。一般上枱時放一些蟹籽,增加賣相。但放魚籽一齊燒,樣子不吸引!最最值得一提的是:老細主動請我哋品嚐的「鮮」雪耳蓮子百合!圖上的原木雪耳的真身!植物的骨膠原滿滿一碗!服務滿分!創意十足!經優惠apps可享半價,值得推介!
