呢日同屋企人出左老尖搵食, 黎到山林道附近呢間串酒里。一聽個名就知係食串燒飲啤酒啦。如此繁忙既香港人真係好需要呢d鋪頭chill一chill~不過去呢間小鋪記得book 位!大餐牌, 主打海鮮, 不過各樣其他燒物都有!打頭陣, 先黎黑松露燒扇貝同燒蠔!香氣四溢! 除左黑松露, 扇貝有爆多香蒜, 扇貝新鮮, 洗得乾淨又無沙, 非常好。第二味黎可燒春蛋!春蛋係香港愈黎愈少人食, 而燒就第一次試, 感覺幾得意。呢個時候開始要開枝啤隊隊佢呢度都唔係賣主流啤。而我就叫左麥子既粗口啤。好正, 麥味幾濃, 我中意!而再黎兩隻車打芝士燒蠔~芝士可以拉絲出黎, 仲配有一大堆沙律菜, 唔怕熱氣。海鮮正, 梗係唔好俾佢停!再黎燒鮑魚兩隻! 好難得, 洗得好乾淨, 而燒得岩岩好熟, 肉咬落夠冧而彈牙。而除左海鮮, 牛柳粒係另外一樣燒得非常好既食物, 肉汁仲保留到係牛柳粒入面, 唔會好乾。而仲有大啡菇, 要算係我其中一樣最中意既燒物, 芝士鋪滿係面, 而燒起上黎, 仲有相當水份保留到, 難得!最後出場既係燒8吋大虎蝦!!堅係有8吋長, 肉質夠彈證明新鮮, 配起芝士又係一絕。香港實在需要多一d串燒鋪俾人chill
