合桃燻蛋的溏心蛋味道香濃,配上香脆可口的合桃,味道和賣相都一流;醉雞頗為入味;賽螃蟹炒得很滑,不過亦相應地較為油膩;松子黃魚肉質有點"霉",醬汁太甜,比較失望;紅燒元蹄十分軟腍而不肥膩,值得推介;鍋貼皮較厚;生煎包雖然其貌不揚,大小不一,但皮脆肉嫩,非常有驚喜;砂鍋什錦被侍應分得支離破碎,蛋餃無一完整,味道較淡,不點也罷。










To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
