Restaurant: Joyful Catering Company

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

美食盡慶好地方

上個月搬到土瓜灣，通過身邊友人同我分享紅磡土瓜灣的美食，就同我推介左呢間新菜館，小弟同朋友上星期五就專登去試個究竟。首先叫左推介美食其中一道，風沙鱔球，鱔肉十分香口彈牙，冇骨淡淡肉，好食過鰻魚。蜜椒薯角牛柳粒，牛肉鬆軟，加上有少許蜜糖的味道，味道十分讚。菠蘿沙拉骨，味道佳量夠。黃金鮮魷，外酥內軟，口感甚佳。當然唔少得叫啤酒飲，再叫多幾個好菜送酒包括椒鹽茄子、南乳脆豬手、避風塘軟殻蟹等，這晚美食當前，一班朋友夠哂盡慶！
