有時想飲手工啤配美食,但好似得d好貴嘅餐廳先有。原來而家橫街窄巷都有,仲比我飲到未聽過嘅新野~一坐低,本來以為比fd呃左,得張drink menu。原來有野食的佢地有自釀生啤:赤柱,焦糖色,聞落勁香花味少少荔枝,偏甜,接近完全唔苦/澀,女仔勁啱第一次食烤雞泡乾以前連雞泡魚都無食過,係啊怕中毒烤魚乾?一心諗住會好乾好un la,點知好好咬口得黎又唔難食平時鐘意食豬肉乾d勁好咬口嘅野,呢個比豬肉乾鬆化表面有少少醬汁,甜甜地烤豬手呢排真係食唔少,發覺配啤酒超級夾終於明白咩叫下酒菜油lum lum重口味嘅就啱送酒~薯條幼得黎半脆半林,呢d先正點豬手有兩隻秘製醬汁蘋果同黑椒架哩烤香腸太乾,煎的話會好好多
