To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我地都係荃灣之友…所以朋友生日飯都係離唔開荃灣區嘅！呢間日本料理正正係福來村對面，我地平時都好少係福來村附近搵野食。但我第1次聽呢間店個名…“初見”，覺得個店名好浪漫吖！我就被呢間店嘅名吸引左啦，仲話好想黎試試添！餐廳內環境整潔，但地方唔太大，得十張枱左右，坐得都幾緊貼。餐牌上嘅食物圖片都好吸引，見到樣樣都好似好好味咁。我地order左……蟹子沙律，各式各樣刺身，石燒香草吉列牛，初見邪惡炸薯條，小火鍋，一口芝士，粒粒蟹子炸軟殼蟹反卷，蟹肉什菌扁意粉。真係聞名不如見面，樣樣都真係好味吖！未試過嘅荃灣之友，不防來試試。
