咁都順便講埋有咩自助飲品供應,一邊嘅凍櫃有支裝可樂、雪碧及忌廉,而另一邊則放置兩大部咖啡機,有多款意式咖啡供選擇,不過,咖啡機嘅出品大家自然心裡有數;此外,多款「川寧」品牌嘅茶包、檸檬片、全脂奶,可以讓客人作自己心水飲品嘅配搭。

老規矩,小弟食自助餐嘅首發設定喺沙律,因為,食咗沙律先真喺會開胃啲,無咁快滯。晌沙律吧,排列咗4款沙律菜、13款配料、4款醬汁及油醋,唔詳細講,自行看圖索驥;而另一邊凍櫃,則供應幾款現成沙律,例如燒田園雜菜、蘋果沙律、烤魷魚配西柚沙律、蕃茄沙律。

小弟一向有個感覺,就喺晌自助餐所提供嘅刺身,普遍都喺啲普通貨色,故此,都甚少晌自助餐中食刺身。不過,是夜經過「日本檔口」,睇見啲刺身色澤亮麗,仲唔喺普通嘢,包括赤蝦、帶子、八爪魚、吞拿魚、油甘魚、三文魚,駐足八吓嘅時候,師傅仔更強調吞拿魚喺藍鰭,質素絕不失禮。因此,要一碟刺身跟朋友共享,不過,凍櫃上面嘅雜錦壽司同卷物,就無謂嘥咗我嘅「儲存空間」去試嘞!

企近門口,已聞到陣陣香氣,皆因對正門口就喺烤羊架同串燒,睇住師傅密密燒,香氣一定四溢啦!隔離位就有燒西冷,大大條嘅西冷,就算薄切都好大件,而且,燒得非常靚仔,十分之吸引。配以上嘅肉類,薄荷啫喱、黑椒汁、燒汁及沙爹醬當然唔少得啦。

上文都提及過餐廳供應自助啡茶,所以,嚟到品嚐甜點嘅時候,條件反射下,自然沖杯鮮奶咖啡相伴。老實講,由咖啡機沖調嘅質素,就千祈唔好有太多期望,味道一般嚟講都還可以,口感喺會差啲啲。之但喺,好鍾意佢隻瓦茶杯,好有原始味。

其實,晌甜品區仲放置咗個大型新式嘅雪糕櫃,斜斜哋設計,遠睇成隻小飛船,內裡放滿好多杯裝雪糕及雪條,品牌喺Mövenpick、Häagen-Dazs及牛奶公司,就算喺後者,都喺啲特色雪條,更讓小弟可以懷舊一番。

正正因為有咁多雪糕、雪條揀,所以,上面份甜點拼盤都唔敢太放肆拎太多,留肚嘆雪條!無錯,今回只食雪條,因為幾款品牌雪糕都食過,反而雪條未試過,拎咗哈根大師嘅焦糖脆餅雪條及牛奶公司嘅經典鳳仙。前者混有好多粒粒嘅焦糖脆餅,啱晒我啦,而後者相信好多70後打落嘅都好有一份回憶,晌細細個嘅時間,佢嘅地位就好似依家嘅大品牌雪糕咁,晌當時喺種高檔雪條,香蕉脆皮、雲呢嗱雪糕、芒果醬夾心,喺懷舊嘅味道
