To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放假約咗朋友喺荃灣小越厨餐廳晚餐,餐廳環境雖然唔大但係座位都好闊落 ,不過晚飯時最好早啲到。我同朋友就嗌咗個三人餐: 首先有兩個小食[泰式酸辣鳳爪]啲鳳爪都好爽口味道唔會太辣夾埋啲酸汁香料一齊吃, 食落就覺得特別開胃。[泰式鮮蝦餅]啲蝦餅好大塊而且份量有5大塊,蝦餅好彈牙好足料,滿有蝦味道。主菜[泰式火山排骨]泰式排骨過精髓就係啲汁,啲肉質好嫩筷子一夾就脫落 不過最緊要吃得辣先好叫 。[越式火車頭河粉]碗粉好大碗,湯底濃郁而且有好豐富配料,包括有生牛肉,豬肉,牛筋同牛丸, 啲牛肉好生鮮而牛丸好彈牙。最後飲埋兩杯特飲青檸梳打同咸檸樂真係滿足曬。
