To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向係大快活早餐既忠粉,今日午餐想食清淡就試下新出既美味素系列。點左南瓜薏米汁雜菜紅米飯配低糖綠茶,賣相尚算吸引,同餐牌上圖片無太大分別,睇落好健康!雜菜同紅米飯比例平均,份量夠食飽!但雜菜種類可多返少少。味道不油不膩,南瓜汁夠清甜,配紅米飯口感清新好開胃。性價比高,有驚喜!本身唔係素食者,對煮法同食材無太大要求。但平民連鎖快餐店推廣素食係值得支持!但暫時餐牌只有兩款揀,希望日後會有更多選擇。好似會定期轉新菜式,日後行過會留意下試埋其他!
