To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日突然好想吃點心,訓醒又已經好晏,食唔到酒樓的點心,唯有周圍搵食。出到深水埗,雖知都有幾間出名的點心檔,但最後簡了添好運!但由於地點不易搵,所以係深水埗都搵咗一段時間先搵到哈哈,其實就是太子與深水埗的中間,只能說靠Google map 大神吧了。去到店裹其實都已經座無虛席,不過人來人往的,好快有座位。由於本人不愛吃叉燒包,所以無試馳名叉燒包,現在想想都有點可惜。不過其他點心都有令我眼前一亮!叉燒腸的皮十分薄,而且叉燒好入味,食落係新鮮叉燒,唔似係某啲酒樓會用過夜叉燒整成的味道!鳳爪排骨亦都非常出色,鳳爪柔軟又入味,食食下想連骨都似埋haha.另外還有蘿蔔糕,味道不過不失,略嫌太糕了一點,即是水放入多,夾起來很容易散。另外其他點心都發揮應有水準,對於無點叉燒包有點可惜,下次會再來!
