To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天在朗豪坊食下午茶自助餐，熟食比較少，义燒煎旦飯、青口、咖哩雞、即場製造的湯面、煙肉意粉、、等等！當然還有各式籌司、三文魚、、、等！小食有香港酒樓的點心、咖哩豬皮、魚蛋、魷魚，太多汁的黑松露炒蛋、蜜糖雞翼、好脆的比薩，好甜的加央多士！自己制作最特別的豆腐花+涼粉+椰果當然可以添加紅豆、黃糖或糖漿甜品種類很多，甜品吧中有很多蛋糕！除蛋糕外還有流沙士多啤梨棉花糖，在棉花糖中間有士多啤梨流出！好甜的杏汁燕窩，普通的雞蛋仔！大朋友喜愛 淋酒提子雪糕飲品有各式汽水、咖啡、濘水，最特別是咸濘七！很久沒喝了！
