今天途經黃大仙鳳凰村銀鳳街英記老街坊麵店,見到門外的宣傳牌寫著「傳承五十載、招牌清湯腩」,肚子亦餓了,於是我倆便入內試試。店內食客眾多,幸好還有一張小枱。看過餐牌後便叫了一個飯和一個粉。~招牌清湯腩飯($40)清湯腩一點也不肥膩,淋滑得來又有咬口,味道不會太濃,配上清甜的白蘿蔔,最好不過。碗內的湯非常入味,既有牛腩味又有白蘿蔔的甜味,滋味無窮。將湯淋在飯內吃,不消一會兒已可把整個飯吃掉了!~潮州四寶河($36)上枱的時後,蔥粒是放在匙內,非常細心。幼幼的河粉滑口,四寶中的墨魚丸和魚皮餃彈牙,豬肉丸有肉味又爽口,滑滑魚旦有魚味。吃得辣的人,配辣椒油來吃,必定更滋味。叫了東西才發覺這店的麵原來是自家製的,今次我們只吃了飯和粉,只好等到下次幫襯才試試麵吧!
