舊同學聚會,有人建議去灣仔食飯,因為大部分人都起港島區返工,大家商量食乜,⋯扎根北區的我完全沒有意見,仲好啦,不用諗。收工後,google 地址去到,老上海,一定係食上海野啦。同學有人係上海人,自動波點菜,對有選擇困難症的我,欣然接受。醉鴿、羊糕、海蜇!淸炒河蝦,醃篤鮮,火腿津白、韮黃鱔糊,烤麩,炒波菜和芹終炒豆腐絲醃篤鮮,原來是湯,有濃濃的金華火腿味,筍爽甜,香濃鮮甜,一飲就停唔到囗,醉鴿,做得非常出色,酒香,肉嫩,皮爽,非常入味。羊糕第一次食,有點像肴肉,但要點甜醬食,幾特別的一道菜~呢度的烤麩亦做得唔錯,好食,芹終炒豆腐絲,青爽。淸炒河蝦,蝦子彈牙鮮甜,韮黃鱔糊濃油赤醬,是我最喜愛的上海菜,送飯一流~!一間出色的上海菜,同學冇介紹錯。

醃篤鮮,原來是湯,有濃濃的金華火腿味,筍爽甜,香濃鮮甜,一飲就停唔到囗,
醉鴿,做得非常出色,酒香,肉嫩,皮爽,非常入味。
羊糕第一次食,有點像肴肉,但要點甜醬食,幾特別的一道菜~
呢度的烤麩亦做得唔錯,好食,
芹終炒豆腐絲,青爽。
