Restaurant: Minibangkok Thai Food Station

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又清annual 去開cwb， 特然好想食泰國菜，見到OpenRice咁多就決定試下。一搭電梯落地庫，望向左邊就見到大大個火車頭，勁容易認到。就嚟萬聖節，火車頭都有萬聖節佈置。入到餐廳，裝修都好似去咗泰國咁，有好多細緻位，如有個路牌擺咗喺餐廳入邊，周圍都有好多擺設。因為勁想食海鮮，見到佢個孖寶套餐有好多海鮮揀，所以就揀左牛油蒜蓉燒聖子和燒脆皮白鱔。蟶子: 勁香牛油蒜蓉味， 上邊配上脆脆嘅白飯魚，食落去個口感又香又脆白鱔: 烤得勁香，塊皮好脆，有燻香味，咬落去又厚又多汁，口感好好，配上醬汁，特別惹味因為有人無肉不歡，我地揀咗青咖喱豬頸肉，豬頸肉有勁多，食極都有。至於個青咖喱汁，都算幾辣，但都仲好香椰汁青咖喱味。
