吃完冷的, 輪到熱盤的時間. 經典婆羅洲美食, 包括有牛雞沙嗲, 特色咖哩魚頭, 酸梅鴨, 銀魚仔樹仔炒蛋, 香辣牛尾, 椰汁大樹菠蘿, 沙勞越胡椒雞, 以及沙勞越喇沙等等. 惹味的沙嗲, 當然討好. 銀魚仔樹仔炒蛋就很地道, 用上樹仔來炒蛋, 委實不常見.

婆羅洲美食之外, 還有堂弄的泰式金邊粉, 以及泰式冬蔭功湯, 特別是前者, 有鑊氣, 不會太濕, 很有風味. 不怕辣, 就當然要吃冬蔭功, 醒一醒胃. 當然, 還有中式代表, 糖醋魚, 燒味, 點心等等.

至於印度菜, 印度Malai雞肉傳統卷餅是名物, 必吃. 而芝士噴泉帶濃烈的芝士味道, 也令人很愛. 加上燒牛肉及即煮意大利粉, 每款吃少許, 相當飽足了.

甜品, 是其中一個最重要的部份. 好的甜品, 為一餐加分, 如這裡就是一例. 來自婆羅洲的甜品有榴蓮綠豆沙, 咖央多士, 炸香蕉芝士, 椰汁布甸, 椰汁西米, 椰汁珍珠, 以及Potong雪條, 單是Potong雪條, 已經叫不少朋友著迷了.
