To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 寶彩軒平日下晝係做素食三餸飯,夜晚就會化身成私房菜,啲菜式比午餐華麗好多,當然價錢都會華麗好多啦。8道菜每位$350,另加菜錢$12同加一,每位埋單都要$400架,一齊黎睇下依$400值唔值啦!先黎四道前菜,如果多人黎既話就會有更多款式,圖中係二人份量。每樣味道都唔錯,尤其個蕃茄仔好開胃。不過要注意原來個准山用左蜂蜜整,所以唔係vegan的,真係百密一疏。依個燉湯超正!用左好多靚料,燉出黎既湯味道好濃郁,比起用肉煲既湯實在過之而無不及。曲奇鮮竹做得好精緻,好香黑松露味,上面仲鋪左啲芝麻同夏威夷果仁碎,增加口感。嘩依個叉燒不得了呀!一舊用豆製品做既素叉燒竟然可以做到燶邊同半肥瘦既效果,真係大開眼界。依一碟望落以為係竹筍,原來係竹蔗苗。平時竹蔗一般都係用黎搾汁,估唔到佢地既苗係可以用黎做餸,而且仲幾清甜。咖喱卷既咖喱係依度自己調配既,用埋左薑黃粉去做。啲綠色既醬係用wasabi做既,一定要點埋黎食先唔會浪費。木瓜用黎做木瓜糖水就見得多,攞黎焗就真係第一次。本瓜上唧滿左依度自家調製既沙律醬,焗完之後變左半透明,賣相吸引,味道同微香既木瓜都好夾。薏仁麵冇影到就撈勻左,用料唔算特別,不過都幾香。

薏仁麵冇影到就撈勻左,用料唔算特別,不過都幾香。配埋佢地自製既辣椒醬,夠哂惹味。但食到依到其實真係已超飽,所以只係淺嚐左少少,然後就打包左返屋企。因為一早知私房菜九成都係會飽到上心口,所以一早帶定左個盒黎,為環保出一分力。

店家可能都知大家會食到好飽,所以食到中段果陣拎左個紅石榴酵素令我地易啲消化,飲完仲可以refill,服務週到。依度既餐牌每個月都唔同,經理仲打趣叫我地每個月黎一次。$400一次雖然對我地黎講係有少少貴,不過論返食物質素環境同服務,其實係物有所值,大家想試下私房菜都可以黎呀。
