寶彩軒平日下晝係做素食三餸飯,夜晚就會化身成私房菜,啲菜式比午餐華麗好多,當然價錢都會華麗好多啦。8道菜每位$350,另加菜錢$12同加一,每位埋單都要$400架,一齊黎睇下依$400值唔值啦!先黎四道前菜,如果多人黎既話就會有更多款式,圖中係二人份量。每樣味道都唔錯,尤其個蕃茄仔好開胃。不過要注意原來個准山用左蜂蜜整,所以唔係vegan的,真係百密一疏。依個燉湯超正!用左好多靚料,燉出黎既湯味道好濃郁,比起用肉煲既湯實在過之而無不及。曲奇鮮竹做得好精緻,好香黑松露味,上面仲鋪左啲芝麻同夏威夷果仁碎,增加口感。嘩依個叉燒不得了呀!一舊用豆製品做既素叉燒竟然可以做到燶邊同半肥瘦既效果,真係大開眼界。依一碟望落以為係竹筍,原來係竹蔗苗。平時竹蔗一般都係用黎搾汁,估唔到佢地既苗係可以用黎做餸,而且仲幾清甜。咖喱卷既咖喱係依度自己調配既,用埋左薑黃粉去做。啲綠色既醬係用wasabi做既,一定要點埋黎食先唔會浪費。木瓜用黎做木瓜糖水就見得多,攞黎焗就真係第一次。本瓜上唧滿左依度自家調製既沙律醬,焗完之後變左半透明,賣相吸引,味道同微香既木瓜都好夾。薏仁麵冇影到就撈勻左,用料唔算特別,不過都幾香。

薏仁麵冇影到就撈勻左,用料唔算特別,不過都幾香。配埋佢地自製既辣椒醬,夠哂惹味。但食到依到其實真係已超飽,所以只係淺嚐左少少,然後就打包左返屋企。因為一早知私房菜九成都係會飽到上心口,所以一早帶定左個盒黎,為環保出一分力。

店家可能都知大家會食到好飽,所以食到中段果陣拎左個紅石榴酵素令我地易啲消化,飲完仲可以refill,服務週到。依度既餐牌每個月都唔同,經理仲打趣叫我地每個月黎一次。$400一次雖然對我地黎講係有少少貴,不過論返食物質素環境同服務,其實係物有所值,大家想試下私房菜都可以黎呀。
